A non-denominational minister serves the spiritual needs of the people in the community - including the administration of the holy sacraments regardless of religious backgrounds.
You have love and commitment for each other and have worked hard to plan your wedding. Now you are ready to get married.
We provide minister services in banquet halls, restaurants, parks, beaches, hotel suites, wedding chapels and, simply, in your backyard. Serving any destination in Nevada and California.
Reverend Ellis offers Traditional Ceremonies, Religious, Formal Weddings, Interfaith Ceremonies and Vow renewal Ceremonies.
About Reverend Darlene Ellis
Reverend Ellis has resided in the Reno/Sparks area for the past 40 years. After a long career in the local hotel business, she became Deputy Commissioner of Civil Marriages for Washoe County in 1996.
Upon her departure from Washoe County in June of 2009, she developed Future Dreams Fellowship and became ordained. Because of her love of all of the wonderful relationships she had been blessed with in her previous career paths, she was compelled to continue helping others in their pursuit of happiness.
She and her husband, Oscar, enjoy spending time with their many friends, children and grandchildren.

A typical Ceremony includes:
- Greeting to family and friends
- Preface to the vows
- Vows and ring exchange
- Wedding blessing
- Final pronouncement
Pricing Information
The basic cost of a wedding ceremony is $250.00.
In the event the location is outside of the Truckee Meadows area (i.e. Reno/Sparks/Verdi), a travel fee will be added. Any location exceeding 20 miles of downtown Reno will be calculated at $0.60 per mile, round trip.
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the wedding date upon initial booking. Complete payment is required 30 days prior to wedding date.
Should a rehearsal be necessary the day before the wedding, there will be an additional fee of $100.00 plus mileage.
